A native of Wilson County and graduate of Floresville High School, I attended St. Mary’s University on a basketball scholarship, attaining a BBA degree in Marketing. I enjoyed 14 years in corporate sales with transfers from San Antonio, Houston and Seattle, Washington. Business travels included Mexico, Canada, Europe and the United Kingdom. In 1984, I settled with my wife, Betty and four sons in our hometown of Floresville where I served 9 years on the Floresville ISD school board and various civic organizations. I owned and operated Koenig Meat Market and AK Home & Pool. Since 2005, I have been helping families, homeowners, landowners and first time buyers navigate their real estate journey. I enjoy family, friends, golf and hunting.
